  1. Love seeing familiar faces (and feet). I think you do have charisma and a bit of an actor in you. Depends on how much work it entails. Maybe an occasional vlog to mix things up. I would like to see more of this kind of thing than book trailers.

    1. It was some work to do the edits, but luckily for me that was done by someone else. I can't keep asking him to do that though. You're absolutely right about the book trailers. The question is how to get people to watch!

  5. I think that it is great that you are trying this out. You will have to let us know how effective it is. I am more intclined to watch a video like this that has personality rather than a book trailer. Good luck.

    1. The stats show that this is one of the most seen things on my site so far, and because I'm doing video updates on facebook, people seem to be drawn to my site. It's the 13th and so far I have more hits this month than the last two months. It makes sense. Anything that's a little different is going to draw people in.

  6. Keep it up. It's funny and clever. If you're as crazy a guy in person as you appear to be, the vlog will be another creative outlet for you. You can be funny on your vlog and serious in your writing. I love the dog. He seems to be so interested in what you're saying!

  7. Archie and I have a kind of psychic mind meld thing going on. He's giving me hints about what I should say and do.

  8. That's the great thing about having a dog. I have two cats and they only give me looks reminding me of how totally stupid they think I am!

    1. Ha! I love cats too, but we're a dog household right now. It works out perfectly for when I'm in the dog house.

    1. Yeah, he's fantastic. He's the one who did the broadsides.
